Reading the Contract/Agreement 

By filling out the form below and signing using the electronic signature, you are confirming that you agree to all cancellation notices listed to the left. Furthermore, you agree that you will review and read the contract to it's entirety and promptly contact us with any questions you may have. Furthermore, you understand that the contract must be signed and returned as soon as possible and shall not exceed more than two business days after receiving it. 

BVIP Limousine Services is a five star voted best of the best in ground transportation by several large rating firms. In order to achieve this ranking and maintain our high level of standards, BVIP Limousine requests, expects and requires certain policies to be known and understood. We want to make sure these policies are followed so that you, your guests and our future clients and guests will be able to receive the same outstanding service you will be receiving. Clean up Fee

BVIP Limousine is the number one choice in ground transportation and completes several corporate runs a year and transports several CEO's. We also transport several passengers who are in celebrity status along with our everyday clients who utilize us for night out runs, party runs, weddings and other various events and occasions. With this being the case, we keep our vehicles in top notch shape. In order to help us achieve this, we do not permit eating or any jello shots in our vehicles. We will charge a $150.00 clean up fee for any excessive messes such as food, body fluids, vomit or damage. If damages occur, client is responsible for cost and will pay any restitution for damages caused.

Smoking Policy / Illegal Drug Usage

BVIP Limousine does not permit smoking in any of our vehicles. This is so we can keep them clean and nicotine free for our other clients who do not smoke, are allergic and it helps to keep our vehicles free of burn holes and marks. BVIP Limousine reserves the right to end a run if passengers refuse to listen when asked to not smoke by our driver. However, we also reserve the right to charge $500.00 fine and or the total cost of any repairs. Furthermore, a run where illegal drugs are being used is cause for immediate trip termination with no refund and no return arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Weddings: Fifty Percent is due at time of reservation as a deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. The deposit will be forfeited if service is cancelled. If cancelled thirty days prior to the service date and time, the customer will loose  deposit and will be held liable for the entire balance. 

Limousines: A $150.00 deposit is required at time of reservation. If cancelled within two weeks of service, client is responsible for the entire balance. If cancelled prior to two weeks of the service date, the $150.00 deposit can be used for future service and must be used within six months. There are no refunds. 

Party Buses: A $200.00 deposit is required at time of reservation. If cancelled within two weeks of service, client is responsible for the entire balance. If cancelled prior to two weeks of the service date, the $200.00 deposit can be used for future service and must be used within six months. There are no refunds.

Shuttle Buses: A $200.00 deposit is required at time of reservation. If cancelled within two weeks of service, client is responsible for the entire balance. If cancelled prior to two weeks of the service date, the $200.00 deposit can be used for future service and must be used within six months. There are no refunds.

Motor Coach: A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the date and time of service. If cancelled within 30 days of service, client is responsible for the entire balance. If cancelled prior to 30 days of the service date, the client forfeits the deposit.  There are no refunds.

Alcohol Policy

The State of Ohio Revised Code is clear in it's alcohol and minors laws. With this being the case, BVIP Limousine does not permit any minor under the age of 21 to consume alcohol in any of our vehicles. If there will be minors riding in the vehicle, alcohol is not permitted to be on board the vehicle. BVIP Limousine and it's drivers reserve the right to terminate or refuse service in the event minors are drinking in one of our vehicles. BVIP Limousine, it's drivers and any staff will not purchase alcohol for our riders. All alcohol must be purchased by the client or his/her guest.
